I’m Cornelius.
I help artists and cultural organisations communicate what they do.
I’m a passionate advocate for the importance of art to all and am motivated to effectively and powerfully communicate why.
I first cut my teeth as a writer and editor at the Whitechapel Gallery.

Since then I’ve worked as an editor, content writer, content designer, and as digital editor within digital and learning departments in cultural, educational and charitable institutions in London for about a decade.
In reverse order, I’ve worked in-house at the Royal Academy of Arts, Artangel, Art Fund, and the Whitechapel Gallery and as a freelancer for Serpentine, Arts Emergency, Barnardo’s, and at the South London Gallery.

I’ve got a BA in Visual Cultures from Goldsmiths and an MA in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway. I’m represented by the literary agent Jess Lee at A.M. Heath.
I’m Cornelius, and I’m here to help.
I bring my experience as an editor, my academic training and my writing skills together to help artists and cultural organisations think about and communicate what it is they do.
