Working between the learning and digital content teams, my role is to write and publish topical and compelling collections- and exhibitions-focussed digital learning content. I’ve:
- developed, researched and written, or commissioned resources and other interpretive materials for children, young people, and teachers including video content, articles, coursework guides, and digital classroom resources
- researched, written, and implemented a digital strategy for the team
- collaborated with the product team to improve the pillar’s pages using analytics, feedback, and other evaluation
- commissioned designers and filmmakers to create printed matter that encourages public engagement with our collections and exhibitions
- pair-written articles and other web copy with stakeholders across the pillar
- worked with design and digital to expand our digital offer and overseen our e-comms

Working as part of an Agile team, my role involved writing and editing content across the organisation, from the CEO to care and case workers. It also involved:
- Conducting and writing interviews with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Pair-writing, ghostwriting, and writing-writing web content, blog posts, and articles both for internal and external publication
- Attending and contributing to stand-ups, as well as regular editorial and team meetings, and away days

I helped translate what Artangel does offline—extraordinary art in unexpected places—for online audiences. This entailed:
- having overall responsibility for artangel.org.uk and other domains (library of water etc)

- training all staff as web writers and editors
